This project, titled "MR. SANJEEV" , outlines a complete structural foundation system developed by Reliable Consulting Engineers. The documents, dated October 2025 , consist of a detailed "FOUNDATION PLAN" and multiple "FOUNDATION DETAIL" sheets. These plans provide comprehensive specifications for a complex build, detailing the precise layout , dimensions , and reinforcement requirements for a wide array of isolated footings, large-scale combined footings, and support columns.
The Challenge
The project required a robust and complex foundation system to support a multi-story structure. The design needed to account for various load types, necessitating several different footing designs, including isolated footings, large combined footings to support multiple columns , and a specialized foundation for a "LIFT PIT".
The Solution
The design solution features a mix of six isolated footing types (F1-F6) and six large combined footing types (CF1-CF6). A detailed schedule specifies M-25 grade concrete columns (C2, C3, C5, C6) and their specific reinforcement layouts. The plans are completed with detailed sections for specialized structures, including a "LIFT PIT" (Section H-H), various wall footings, and plinth beams.
The Results
The final deliverable consists of a complete set of "FOUNDATION PLAN" and "FOUNDATION DETAIL" drawings. These documents provide precise, actionable specifications for the construction phase, including:
Footing Schedules: Tables detailing the exact dimensions (A, B), depths (D, d), and reinforcement (RA, RB, RC, RD) for every footing type.
Column & Tie Schedules: A "COLUMN SCHEDULE" and "TIES GROUP SCHEDULE" specifying all reinforcement for vertical supports.
Sectional Details: A series of typical footing sections (e.g., A-A, B-B, G-G, H-H) illustrating the placement of reinforcement and materials like P.C.C. (1:4:8) .
