SH. JEETPAL AMBAWAT
This project is a "PROPOSED BUILDING PLAN FOR THE FLATS OF SH. JEETPAL AMBAWAT" located at Village Ullawas, Gurgaon. The complete architectural set was designed by BHIM SAIN and drawn by Manjit Kumar. The plans detail a multi-story building with a full basement, a stilt parking level, and multiple residential floors, all serviced by a lift.
The Challenge
The project required a comprehensive architectural design for a multi-level residential building on a 45'-0" x 60'-3" plot. The design needed to functionally separate a full basement for storage, a ground-level stilt for parking, and multiple upper floors for residential flats. A key challenge was to provide two different layout options for the "Typical Floor Plan" to meet the client's needs.
The Solution
A complete architectural set was developed detailing four distinct levels: a Basement Floor for storage , a Ground Stilt Floor for parking and a small unit , and two different "FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR PLAN" options.
The Results
The final deliverable consists of a complete set of architectural layouts for the Basement, Ground Stilt, and two distinct Typical Floor options. All plans are approved and checked by the architect, Bhim Sain. This provides the client with a comprehensive and flexible design for a multi-unit residential building, maximizing utility with dedicated storage, parking, and spacious living areas.
