PARDEP DHIYA PLOT

This project is an architectural plan for PLOT NO. 1481, SEC-52, designed by THE SKYLINE DESIGN GROUP. The drawing set, dated 27/9/2025 , details a multi-story building rising from a Stilt Floor (Lvl +600) to a Mumty Floor (Lvl +18800). The plans include layouts for the Stilt , First , and Second floors, all accompanied by a complete building section. The design was drawn by KAJAL and checked by RAJNEESH ARYA.

The Challenge

The challenge was to design a tall, multi-story residential building on an 18.0m x 9.5m plot. The design needed to accommodate ground-level stilt parking and create functional, repetitive residential units on the floors above. The core design required integrating a central lift , staircase , and multiple shafts efficiently within two separate units per floor.

The Solution

The design features a Stilt Floor (LVL +600) for parking and access. The First Floor (LVL +3500) and Second Floor (LVL +6700) are identical typical layouts, each containing two separate 2-bedroom units. Each unit includes two bedrooms , a kitchen , a drawing room , and toilets.

The Results

The final deliverable is a complete architectural set with plans for the Stilt Floor , First Floor , and Second Floor. A comprehensive Building Section is provided, specifying all finished floor levels from the Road Lvl (+00) up to the Mumty Floor (+18800). The section also details the structural components, such as the 125 mm thk R.C.C Slabs and Beam Type-1 (230x425).
